Inderman Residence
Spriggs Excavation, Inc. completed excavation for footings for Summit Custom Homes in November 2025. The project began with removal of more than 60 trees and coordination with Franklin Drilling to cut and blast the mountainside, forming the structural back wall. Following blasting through formational rock, Spriggs excavated to footing elevation and exported approximately 2,500 cubic yards of material. Rockfall protection netting was installed along the back wall supporting a 25-foot stem wall. Once concrete is poured for the footings and stem wall, backfill operations include flow fill, clean rock, french drains, blue board, Mira-drain, multiple retaining walls, and riprap drainage features, highlighting Spriggs' expertise in complex mountain construction.

Quichas Duplexes
Spriggs Excavation, Inc. completed utility and earthwork services for the Quichas Duplexes in May 2025, for Native Way Construction. Brought on mid-project, Spriggs re-excavated two previously dug duplex pads and completed excavation for the third. Operating within a fenced site inside of a congested residential subdivision, and navigating numerous existing utilities, the team installed 295 feet of 8-inch SDR 35, two new manholes tying into an existing manhole, six 4-inch sewer services, and six ¾-inch water services. In addition, Spriggs utilized a trench box to safely install a sewer line beneath the roadway, and multiple hot taps were performed on a live water line to provide residential services.
